Our Promise

We respect your sovereignty. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever. Full stop.

Information Collection

We collect only what we need — nothing more.

Email addresses are not shared with creators unless you explicitly choose to join a creator's mailing list or complete a purchase through that creator.

Opt-Out

Every email we send includes a clear, one-click Unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time.

Upon request, your personal data will be permanently purged from our systems within 30 days. No questions asked.

To request data deletion: Email us at hello@creatorstage.show with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will confirm removal within 30 days.

Payment Security

We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card information.

All transactions are routed directly to the individual creators' third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). Your financial data never touches our servers.

Important: When you purchase from a creator on CreatorStage, you are transacting directly with that creator's payment processor. Please review their terms for payment-specific questions.

The Clean Stage Policy

CreatorStage is dedicated to high-vibrational, creative excellence. To maintain the professional integrity of our platform, we enforce strict content and community standards for every creator and subscriber.

Section A

Creator Code of Conduct

CreatorStage is a curated platform. By using this platform, you agree to maintain a standard of safety, professionalism, and creative integrity.

Prohibited Content

  • No pornography or sexually explicit content
  • No hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • No illegal products or services
  • No violent or extremist content
  • No misleading or fraudulent activity
  • No copyright or intellectual property violations
  • No spam, bots, scraping, or system abuse

Enforcement

We may remove content, pause accounts, or terminate access at any time if content violates these standards or harms the platform.

Acceptable Use & Content Ethics

We Do Not Permit

  • Pornography or Adult Content — No sexually explicit material or graphic nudity of any kind.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment — No content promoting violence, inciting hatred, or discriminating based on race, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
  • Political Content — We are a creative, entertainment-focused platform. We do not host political advertisements, campaign materials, or polarizing political commentary.
Any content violating these standards will be removed immediately and the account terminated without refund. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.

Content Rights & Upload Declaration

By uploading any content to CreatorStage — including images, video, audio, PDFs, documents, or any other files — you make the following declarations and agreements:

Account Creation Agreement: By creating an account on CreatorStage, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Content Rights & Upload Declaration. The following checkbox is required at signup:

"I confirm I own or have the rights to all content I upload to CreatorStage, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angelgate Entertainment and CreatorStage from any claims arising from my use of third-party content. I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorStage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

DMCA / Copyright Policy

How to File a Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on CreatorStage without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:

    Your identityYour full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

    The copyrighted workA clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • 3
    The infringing contentThe exact URL or location on CreatorStage where the allegedly infringing material appears.

    Good faith statementA statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • 5
    Accuracy statementA statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

    SignatureYour physical or electronic signature.
Send DMCA notices to: dmca@creatorstage.show with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." We will review and respond within 5 business days. Incomplete notices will not be processed.

What Happens After You File

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

Counter-Notice — Creator Rights

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was made in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

    Your identityYour full name, address, phone number, and email address.

    The removed contentIdentification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

    Good faith beliefA statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

    Jurisdiction consentA statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or Los Angeles County, California if your address is outside the United States.

    SignatureYour physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notices to: dmca@creatorstage.show with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice." Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, the content may be restored.

Repeat Infringers

CreatorStage will terminate the accounts of creators who are found to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Report a Violation

If you encounter content on CreatorStage that you believe violates our Terms of Service, Community Standards, or your intellectual property rights, please report it. We take all reports seriously and review each one promptly.

We review all reports within 5 business days. For copyright claims, use the DMCA process in Section I. For all other violations — harmful content, harassment, fraud, or community standard breaches — contact us below.

What to include in your report: the URL of the content, a description of the issue, and your contact information so we can follow up.

Anonymous reports: You may report anonymously, however providing your contact information helps us follow up and resolve the issue more effectively. All reporter information is kept confidential.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of CreatorStage shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. By using our platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Note: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Agency

Your use of CreatorStage does not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and CreatorStage. You may not enter into any contract or obligation on behalf of CreatorStage, nor may you represent yourself as an agent, employee, or representative of CreatorStage in any capacity.

Creators on the platform are independent parties. CreatorStage acts solely as a platform host and is not responsible for the actions, content, or transactions of individual creators or subscribers.

Signup Forms

All signup forms include a required checkbox confirming the creator's agreement to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Creator Code of Conduct, and Content Rights & Upload Declaration before account creation or paid subscription.

Footer Links

Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service appear in the footer of every page on CreatorStage as required by law and best practice.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify registered users via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
