Our Promise
We respect your sovereignty. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever. Full stop.
Information Collection
We collect only what we need — nothing more.
- Email AddressCollected when you subscribe or create an account. Used solely to send you news, platform updates, and notifications relevant to your account.
- Usage DataBasic analytics (pages visited, time on site) to help us improve the platform. This data is aggregated and never tied to your personal identity.
- Nothing ElseCreatorStage does not collect your phone number, physical address, social security number, or any sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide.
Email addresses are not shared with creators unless you explicitly choose to join a creator's mailing list or complete a purchase through that creator.
Opt-Out
Every email we send includes a clear, one-click Unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time.
Upon request, your personal data will be permanently purged from our systems within 30 days. No questions asked.
Payment Security
We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card information.
All transactions are routed directly to the individual creators' third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). Your financial data never touches our servers.
Data Control
In line with global privacy standards including GDPR and CCPA, you own your data.

CreatorStage is dedicated to high-vibrational, creative excellence. To maintain the professional integrity of our platform, we enforce strict content and community standards for every creator and subscriber.
Creator Code of Conduct
Prohibited Content
- No pornography or sexually explicit content
- No hate speech, harassment, or threats
- No illegal products or services
- No violent or extremist content
- No misleading or fraudulent activity
- No copyright or intellectual property violations
- No spam, bots, scraping, or system abuse
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause accounts, or terminate access at any time if content violates these standards or harms the platform.
Acceptable Use & Content Ethics
We Do Not Permit
- Pornography or Adult Content — No sexually explicit material or graphic nudity of any kind.
- Hate Speech & Harassment — No content promoting violence, inciting hatred, or discriminating based on race, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
- Political Content — We are a creative, entertainment-focused platform. We do not host political advertisements, campaign materials, or polarizing political commentary.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Recurring BillingPaid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Payment ProcessingPayments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment information.
- No RefundsSubscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- CancellationYou may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Failed PaymentsIf payment fails, we may suspend, restrict, or downgrade your account until billing is resolved.
- Pricing ChangesWe may change pricing with prior notice to active users before changes take effect.
Account Suspension & Termination
- Suspension or RemovalWe may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Creator Code of Conduct.
- Content RemovalWe may remove content that is harmful, unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards.
- No Prior Notice RequiredIn severe cases, we may act without notice to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
- No Refunds Upon TerminationAccounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
Creator Responsibility
- OwnershipYou retain ownership of your content.
- License to CreatorStageYou grant CreatorStage a non-exclusive right to host, display, format, preview, and promote your content within the platform and related marketing for the service.
- Audience OwnershipCreators retain ownership of the audience they build, including customer and fan relationships established through product sales and direct opt-in subscriptions.
- Email & Contact DataCreatorStage does not automatically share follower email addresses with creators. Email addresses are only shared when a user explicitly opts in to join a creator's mailing list or completes a purchase through the creator's store.
- Third-Party StoresIf you sell through Shopify, Amazon, Printify, Etsy, or other storefronts, you are solely responsible for fulfillment, pricing, taxes, shipping, returns, and customer service.
- Accuracy & LegalityYou are responsible for ensuring your content, product listings, and promotional claims are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.
Content Rights & Upload Declaration
By uploading any content to CreatorStage — including images, video, audio, PDFs, documents, or any other files — you make the following declarations and agreements:
- Ownership or Licensure You confirm that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and use the content on CreatorStage. This includes music, images, footage, artwork, text, and any other third-party material included in your uploads.
- No Infringement You confirm that your uploaded content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
- Indemnification for Uploads You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angelgate Entertainment, Inc., CreatorStage, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from or related to your uploaded content, your use of third-party material, or any allegation that your content infringes upon a third party's rights.
- Takedown on Valid Claim If we receive a valid copyright claim or DMCA notice relating to your content, we will review it promptly and may remove that content immediately and without prior notice. You agree to cooperate fully in any such review.
- Counter-Notice Right If you believe your content was removed in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. See Section I (DMCA) for the full counter-notice procedure.
"I confirm I own or have the rights to all content I upload to CreatorStage, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angelgate Entertainment and CreatorStage from any claims arising from my use of third-party content. I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."
Submissions & Non-Liability
We do not accept unsolicited ideas, scripts, or business plans. By posting or submitting content to CreatorStage, you acknowledge the following:
- No Claims to IdeasIn the creative industry, similar ideas frequently occur independently. Your submission does not create a confidential relationship or any obligation for us to compensate you for concepts developed independently by our team or other creators.
- Similarity is PossibleWe and our partners are constantly developing new projects. You waive any claim that our future projects are "similar" to your submitted content.
- IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CreatorStage harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content or allegations that your content infringes on a third party's rights.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorStage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the platform
- Any content posted by creators or subscribers
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party payment processor transactions
DMCA / Copyright Policy
How to File a Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on CreatorStage without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:
- 1Your identityYour full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- 2The copyrighted workA clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- 3The infringing contentThe exact URL or location on CreatorStage where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- 4Good faith statementA statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 5Accuracy statementA statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- 6SignatureYour physical or electronic signature.
What Happens After You File
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice meets all requirements
- Notify the creator whose content was removed
- Document the claim in our records
Counter-Notice — Creator Rights
If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was made in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- 1Your identityYour full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- 2The removed contentIdentification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- 3Good faith beliefA statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- 4Jurisdiction consentA statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or Los Angeles County, California if your address is outside the United States.
- 5SignatureYour physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
CreatorStage will terminate the accounts of creators who are found to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Report a Violation
If you encounter content on CreatorStage that you believe violates our Terms of Service, Community Standards, or your intellectual property rights, please report it. We take all reports seriously and review each one promptly.

What to include in your report: the URL of the content, a description of the issue, and your contact information so we can follow up.

Platform Rights
- Ownership of PlatformCreatorStage owns all platform technology, design, branding, interfaces, and related materials.
- No Scraping or Reverse EngineeringYou may not copy, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform or its underlying systems.
- Feature ChangesWe may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, limits, or services at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of CreatorStage shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. By using our platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
No Agency
Your use of CreatorStage does not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and CreatorStage. You may not enter into any contract or obligation on behalf of CreatorStage, nor may you represent yourself as an agent, employee, or representative of CreatorStage in any capacity.
Creators on the platform are independent parties. CreatorStage acts solely as a platform host and is not responsible for the actions, content, or transactions of individual creators or subscribers.
Implementation Notes
Signup Forms
All signup forms include a required checkbox confirming the creator's agreement to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Creator Code of Conduct, and Content Rights & Upload Declaration before account creation or paid subscription.
Footer Links
Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service appear in the footer of every page on CreatorStage as required by law and best practice.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify registered users via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
